Sleepy Sal’s 90 Day Comfort Insurance (25% added to the regular price of any new mattress)


Insurance must be purchased at time of sale.

To be eligible for comfort insurance, customers must keep the mattress for at least a 30-day break-in period.


Included with the comfort insurance is a full encasement, 6 sided mattress protector. The protector must be used during the entire warranty period to protect the mattress. The mattress protector cannot returned or exchanged separately from the mattress.


The comfort insurance covers only the comfort level of the mattress, not damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.


If customers are not satisfied with the comfort level of their mattress within 90 days of purchase, they may exchange it for a mattress of equal or lesser value. If they choose a more expensive mattress, they will be responsible for paying the cost difference.


Customers must return the original mattress in good condition, free of stains, rips, or tears. Any damage will result in a deduction from the exchange value.


Comfort insurance is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the mattress.


Comfort insurance does not cover shipping or delivery costs for the exchange of the mattress.


The comfort insurance is void if customers do not follow the care and maintenance instructions for the mattress.


Customers must notify Sleepy Sal of their intent to exchange the mattress within 90 days of purchase.


Comfort insurance is valid only for mattresses purchased from our store and does not apply to mattresses purchased from other retailers.


Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, to be eligible for comfort insurance.


Comfort insurance does not cover subjective factors such as personal preferences, changes in sleeping habits, or natural body adjustments to a new mattress.


The exchanged mattress must be of the same size as the original mattress. If the customer wants to exchange it for a different size, additional charges may apply.


Comfort insurance does not cover damage caused by pets or insects.


Comfort insurance may be voided if the customer moves to a location with a different climate, altitude, or humidity level, which may affect the performance of the mattress.


Comfort insurance does not cover damages caused by improper handling or storage during transportation to a new location.


Sleepy Sal reserves the right to inspect the original mattress before authorizing the exchange and may decline the exchange if the mattress is not in good condition.
